Position

We are looking for a People Operations coordinator to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires. People Operations coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our People operations team, crafting job descriptions and maintaining databases with candidate information


Responsibilities

  • Plan recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Utilize and maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring all information is accurately up-kept
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality with candidates to ensure their positive experience
  • Deal with any cancellations from candidates and assessors, as and when these occur flagging any issues to the hiring manager
  • Ensuring both candidates and interviewers are fully briefed
  • Follow up with interviewers and assessors if notes are not submitted in ATS
  • Manage all logistics (reserving interviewing rooms, welcoming candidates, confirming interviewers, etc.)
  • Help with various administrative and marketing projects as needed

Qualifications/Experience

  • Outstanding organization skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Upper-intermediate (advanced) English
  • Experience in recruitment is not necessary but will be a plus
  • Multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
